Stavrinos is the Managing Director and founder of Stavrinou & Co Financial Services Ltd. He is a graduate of the American Academy of Larnaca and holds the Certified Accounting Technician qualification. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).  Stavrinos has 23 years of experience in the profession. He brought to the firm 12 years of experience with Deloitte where he was a Director and 6 years of experience with a local audit firm where he was an auditor. Throughout his career, Stavrinos has gained extensive experience in organizing and leading the audits of large local and multinationals located in more than 20 countries, where he was involved in the listing of entities and audits of large entities, complex consolidation processes, and the handling of complicated IFRS and audit issues. In addition, he was directly involved in several financial due diligence projects, tax planning, purchase price allocation exercises on acquisitions and mergers, and development of complicated consolidations and reporting packages, business valuations, and testing of internal controls.
